This gofundme was created to help a grieving mother pay the funeral costs for the unexpected death of her son.
Albis “Tare” Babic died in 2021. It was a shock to all of the people who knew him and loved him. He was a kind, hard-working, generous man, and to know him was to become his friend.
Upon his death, his elderly mother knew that she would not be able to pay all of the funeral costs, but she refused to let her son pass without a proper service. Unfortunately, it has been a year, and she still has not been able to pay back all of the funeral costs she accumulated. It was at this point that we realized that we needed help from our community. It is an unthinkable tragedy to have to bury your own child, with the addition of having to worry about the funeral costs. This gofundme was created in the hopes that with the help of our community, we could all contribute a small donation and aid in the financial unburdening of Tare’s mother, so that she may grieve in peace.

Albis “Tare” Babić je preminuo 2021 godine. Bio je to šok za sve ljude koji su ga poznavali i voljeli. Bio je ljubazan, vrijedan, velikodušan čovjek i poznavati ga je značilo postati njegov prijatelj.
Nakon njegove smrti, njegova ostarjela majka je znala da neće moći platiti sve troškove dzenaze, ali nije mogla pustiti sina da ostane bez lijepe dženaze. Nažalost, godinu dana je prošlo, a ona još uvijek nije u mogućnosti da vrati sve troškove dženaze koje je akumulirala. U tom trenutku smo shvatili da je potrebna pomoć naše zajednice. Nezamisliva je tragedija sahraniti svoje dijete, i uz to morati brinuti o troškovima sahrane.
