As many of you know, Sushi is one of the most beautiful girls in the Hartford area. Originally from LA, and the only survivor of a carwash-born litter, she joined a group called the, "Fleetwood Mac Foster Kittens." (Fleetwoodmac_Fosterkittens on insta).

At the time, she was going by Stevie, and on track to be adopted, when her match backed out at the last minute!!! Her Foster mama, and my life long bestie Katie called me asking if I would be willing to take on this gorgeous gorgeous little girl!!!! She then became the now famous Sushi, also known as Soupie, Scoobin, Scoup, Sue or Susan. Some of our most special moments are snuggling in the morning, or when she joins me singing around the apartment.

About 6 years later, Sue has been keeping a secret from me in her teeny tiny little mouth. She has stage 2 gingivitis and at least 1 disappearing/damaged tooth that needs cleaning and removal. While this has not yet become urgent, it is crucial I take care of this in coming months for her longterm health, current discomfort and risk of a more expensive situation down the road.

I will attach in the photos a breakdown of her surgery costs. While I have looked around for more affordable options, establishing care with other vets who do these procedures to get a quote, is financially out of my reach. I have been rejected for multiple loans including CareCredit and she is ineligible for pet insurance. However, with this info in mind I absolutely welcome plan B's/other ideas and suggestions. She is currently taking PlaqueOFF with her food and is a super picky eater.

Any money raised will go towards her vet bills, in the event we are blessed tf up more than what is necessary, or her surgery falls in the lower end of our quote- all extra money will go towards any medicine or food she needs and then  ***my neighbor Lisa who is dedicated to rescue, TNR and rehabbing cats it’s my neighborhood!!***
