Cassandra's sinus tumor removal surgery and Bills

Ello my name is Cassandra I'm a 35 year old mom of an 11 year old and I am very very scared because I just found out that I have a tumor in my right sinus cavity that is pretty big and causing breathing problems.

I never thought I would have this, it is a big shock to me and I am very scared, I'm waiting for results from the biopsy to get surgery and hopefully recover 100% after this, Just struggling with work and life is gunna be hard and I have medical bills and rent that needs to be paid while I'm out for surgery and recovery.
