Help pay for Rusty's surgery - broken femur :-(

Greetings Go Fund Me Community:

Rusty is our neighbor's cat and our charismatic neighborhood fur-buddy-dude.

Unfortunately he broken his femur:

To fix it, the veterinarian says he will need surgery to fit a bone plate. Due to the location of the break a regular cast wouldn't work. His owner (our neighbor) can't pay for the surgery himself. We are willing to contribute ourselves, but it will cost over $4,000. The surgery should be done within the next few days.

We are hoping you might consider contributing as well to help Rusty. He is really a great cool cat but he probably won't make it without the surgery.
