I have a severe case of COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). I have been chosen to be put on a lung transplant list but I have to have a support person in order for that to happen. Unfortunately I have to pay out of pocket or have people who can volunteer their time.  I have exhausted all of my hopeful options. The government has no funding, I can’t afford out of pocket due to me being on disability. I am running low on hope. I would love to watch my young grandson grow up to achieve his future endeavours. Please if anyone can help with any donation whether it be a small money donation or volunteer some time to help me pre and post operation i will forever be grateful. Thank you
