Update:
It is with deep sadness and regret that I share Mark is no longer with us. There truly are no words that would do justice to convey the magnitude of heartbreak we are experiencing. There will forever be a hole in our hearts that won't be mended until the day we are reunited with him. With that being said, Mark was the most positive, uplifting and inspiring individual I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He would want us to keep living our lives to the fullest, push ourselves to reach our fullest potential, and love our tribes hard.
Thank you so much for all the donations and prayers. The love has been felt and we are so appreciative.
Hello friends-
If you have ever met my uncle Mark Grosz, you know that you have met a charismatic, generous, and loving man. An individual who strives to make a positive and permanent impact on the lives of every person he encounters. Mark is a husband, father, teacher, coach, and dear friend. It is with a heavy heart that we plea for your help during this difficult time.
Mark is currently in the ICU on a respirator fighting for his life. He was diagnosed with COVID-19 over 3 weeks ago. We have faith that Mark's strength and perseverance will prevail and that he will win this battle.
We cannot thank all of you enough for your continuous support and outreach we have been receiving these past few weeks. As so many kind friends, students, colleagues, and "staff members" have asked how they can help out, we have decided to set up this gofundme to help offset the financial disparity and hardship his family has endured during his hospitalization and anticipated recovery. Any amount you can spare would be much appreciated. If you cannot spare anything now, we'd be just as grateful for your thoughts and prayers.
With much love and appreciation,
The Grosz Family XOXO
