Update: Sadly, Ken passed away peacefully this morning, September 4, 2021.

Hi, we are fundraising to help the Frank Family.  Ken Frank was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in March and is extremely ill. Any donation would be greatly appreciated as the family is under tremendous financial burden; Wendy is working two jobs to make ends meet but she is still falling short and two of her children are faced with mounting debt for college. Anything we could do to help alleviate her hardship and financial and emotional stress would be greatly appreciated. With our neighborhood’s generosity, hopefully we can take some of the financial stress off of Wendy. Thank

This is a message from the family: 

My Dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in March 2021. My mom lost her father from acute myeloid leukemia in December 2020, only 3 months before my father was diagnosed. He went through with chemotherapy over the next 3 months, which failed to shrink the tumor. He then was given radiation in addition to chemotherapy. In May 2021, he had to stop working completely as he was battling significant side effects from the strong doses of chemo that he was receiving. We have been struggling significantly since well before May 2021 but this made it much worse as we were solely relying on my mother's small income though she was working 6 days a week while being the main caretaker for my father. She would drive him to every doctor's appointment and take care of him at home when not working. Now, he is at the end of his journey. We just found out that he most likely will not get his life insurance policy, as he stopped working in May. We have no funds to pay for his funeral, or pay the bills to keep living and need significant help. Anything is appreciated immensely.
