Hello, my name is Carolyn Tavizon. I am setting up this GoFundMe due to me and my family lacking the funds needed to get the surgery my dog needs to remove a potential tumor. It is growing fast and it is really worrying. I would not be asking for any money in any sort of way if I knew me or my family could afford it, but we cannot. We need $500 to pay off the surgery my dog needs. We recently lost a bird, and we don’t want to lose another pet, especially my childhood dog. We’ve had Jake since 2013 and he is only 11 at the moment. He has his life ahead of him still. All I ask is that you please either donate or just share the link. That is all I ask for.
