Helen is a 56-year-old who has always helped other people. She spent a good portion of her life helping her late ex-husband in his auto shop. She has spent the last few years helping her children go through a tough time. However, in January of 2023, Helen went to the ER presenting with symptoms of chest pain. It was at this time Helen was told she had a common cold. After not feeling better for a couple of weeks Helen went back to the doctor to get a chest x-ray. This was not done the first time because Helen does not have health insurance. This brings us to the reason this page is being made.

Currently, Helen needs Targeted radiation and Chemo. She was told that to even get scheduled for her chemo she would need to pay out of pocket. Helen works for a security company, and health insurance is not something she can afford through work. For basic coverage, she would be paying almost 600 a month. Helen has to work because she still needs to pay rent, bills ETC. Helen is going to need assistance to pay for medical bills due to having no insurance. Also, she's going to have to pay for the radiation out of pocket. This is going to cost 10's of thousands of dollars. For everything she needs. We are asking for your help.
