Help pay for Gene Hackman the Pups Eye Surgery

Hi my name is Magen and I am trying to raise money for my doggo, Gene Hackman's eye surgery (removal). I have never asked for money from friends or strangers, so this is not an easy thing for me, but a friend suggested that I post this. Gene was diagnosed with glaucoma two months ago and after many different medications nothing has seemed to work. The vet said that he will need to have his left eye removed. The low estimate for the surgery is $1800, I was not prepared for this expense, so any donations are appreciated, no matter how small.
