My name is Josie, and I recently lost my mother, Patricia Howard—a woman who was loved by so many in our community. She was always there for others, offering her support and kindness whenever someone needed it. Her passing has left a huge hole in my life and in the hearts of everyone who knew her. As I grieve, I am also facing the overwhelming responsibility of managing her estate and the financial burdens that come with it.
My mother’s passing has left me with significant expenses, including medical bills from her time in the hospital, credit card debt in her name, and the challenge of keeping the house I grew up in. I need help paying for a probate lawyer to navigate the legal process and take on the debt of the house. My goal is to pay off as much of the house as possible so I can continue living in my childhood home and remain part of the community that means so much to both of us.
This is a difficult and emotional time, and I am reaching out for support from friends, family, and anyone who knew my mother or understands what it means to lose someone so important. Your generosity will help me cover legal fees, pay off debts, and give me the chance to keep my home. It would mean the world to me—and I know it would have meant everything to my mother, too. Thank you for any help you can give.
