I recently adopted a cat, Bmo on January 13th. I initially felt very prepared to take in another cat, with my mom helping me out to pay the initial shot and spay expenses. After getting her spayed, I noticed her wound looked off so I took her to the vet to get it checked out and it’s not healing how I had hoped. I have taken her to the vet twice so far, resulting in me spending about $600 already. The vet says that her wound is infected and that there may be something more serious under the surface, so she needs surgery this Monday February the second to remove the skin around the wound and re-stitch it . I don’t usually ask for help and this is a last resort for me but I don’t want her to continue to have to be in pain. After some research I think the surgery will most likely be $1000 and currently with how much I’m making I would not be able to afford this. If you can’t donate anything that’s okay, but please share to anyone who you think can/may be able to. Anything at all helps (: thank you.
