Today is a very sad day for my family and I and even tho I absolutely hate doing this due to pride I see my self having no other choice. But I pray this will help save my puppy's life so Im swallowing my pride and asking for help. This morning like I do all mornings I let Alpha & Omega out on my front yard while I made my morning coffee, I guess in the few minutes I took my eyes off them Alpha my 4 month old  Goldendoodle was hit by a speeding car. The driver kept going didn't even slow down or stopped to see if he was ok. I ran outside to find Omega my 6yr old Chow Chow leaned over Alpha's bloody body (heart braking sight) how can an animal have more compassion than a human being? I took Alpha to an emergency animal clinic and was told he has severe head trauma, fracture rib and fracture  paw might be losing one of his toes. He needs emergency surgery and be hospitalized for a few days for observation hoping he doesn't  have any internal damage. As most dog parent I do not have pet insurance and his procedures will come out to a rough estimate of $5000. Naturally as most people I don't have that type of money laying around for something like this. So today I come asking anyone for help, I know we are in a pandemic and it's hard times for everyone but these dogs are my family my children and my heart is completely broken by this tragedy and the lack of compassion this person had, to just leave after hitting my baby with their vehicle.
