Help pay bills after up coming brain surgery

I am not one to ask for help I am a very hard working individual and have always held a very good job having said that I am the provider of my family and I will be undergoing brain surgery beginning of March do to a AVM and aneurysm found in my brain. Having this operation puts me out of work for 8 weeks so it’s going to be unlikely we can pay bills while I am out.  This is very hard for me to start a go fund me but I had to humble myself knowing that I have a family (Kaylee, Sawyer and an addition in June Boone )that depends on my providing when I am recovering.
