Help Pay Art’s Final Expenses

I am Shocked and Saddened to hear of the passing of my dear friend and long time DJ and Sound Technician Art Daley earlier today while I was on vacation in Florida. Art loved music and was instrumental in helping me start my business. His partner of 23 years, Trina Cosh has lost her best friend, her rock and supporter. She is without any income to help pay for cremation expenses.

Art has always been Someone who looks after others. He looked after me many nights when I was a Karaoke host and drank to tolerate the singers. He always got me home safely

The past 6 months have been very hard on Art and his parter Trina.

In November 2023 Art had to move out of the home he grew up in and had lived all his life. Art looked after his mother after his father Brian passed away many years ago until his mom Judy needed to be transferred into long term care.

After not being able to find an apartment that would accept pets, Art and his Partner Trina made the decision to purchase an RV. They have been living with no fixed address since November so they could keep their pets.

The next setback came in January 2024 when Art lost his security job. Instead of going on EI, Art enrolled at his own expense, from his severance package, in a CCA course. Again Art looking to look after other people.

Sadly Art was found in his vehicle after not returning to class at Futureworx New Glasgow after lunch. Attempts to revive him were unsuccessful. It appears he passed away some time between 12:10 and 2pm. Nothing more is known until results of an autopsy are received.

I’m asking people to help Art and Trina with his final expenses. Anything you can afford to help with the sudden unexpected expenses would be greatly appreciated.
