Help pay for Arthur's medical bills

My name is Samantha Gabrielle and on behalf of my family, we are seeking financial support to cover my grandpa’s hospital bills. Upon hospitalization, Arthur was diagnosed with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cardiomegaly, and pneumonia. As a result, he was intubated and put on a ventilator machine. He underwent multiple thoracentesis on both his lungs, as well as a tracheostomy. As of now, his hospital bill stands at roughly 700,000 Philippine pesos (approximately $15,000 USD), excluding doctors’ professional fees.
