Help Pay Allen's Medical Bills

Hi, my name is Amanda. My Husband Allen and I both work full time and have insurance. I work as a nurse (which doesn't pay nearly as much as it should, and have had a rough time the past almost two years with covid) and my husband is a cook at a restaurant. However, we still have a high deductible to meet, unfortunately. At the end of July my husband got very sick and spent two weeks in the hospital with a severe pneumonia, which had lead to a large left pleural effusion (fluid built up in his chest), and collapsed left lung (due to all of the fluid taking up space). They had to place two tubes into his back to drain all of the fluid so his lung could re-expand. He received about seven doses of a medicine called TPA into the tubes to try to break up the gunk in there so it would drain out. He received IV antibiotics, chest x-rays, and blood work every single day of his stay and had two chest CT scans. We are receiving all of the various bills for his stay now, and it is a lot on top of every day life and expenses with two pets (our elderly cat winky and our rescue dog Lena who we had to treat for heartworms and giardi when we rescued her). Our air conditioner also went out at the end of August, our car just died this last week, and last weekend my phone died. When it rains it pours. With some help from my mom we were able to fix the AC and my phone, but we will now be having to figure out a car payment in addition to his medical bills. We are just trying to get by day to day, paycheck to paycheck. If you are able to help out at all we would greatly appreciate it. From the bottom of our hearts: Thank you ❤️
