Help Pax the Sphynx Cat Beat Cancer!

This is Pax. He is the ten year old, much loved hairless fur-baby of Karron. He's been an only child since his brother Biggie (also a sphynx) died of ACH 4 years ago. He enjoys sitting in boxes, sleeping on his mommy's face, basking in sunny windows, and making spit balls out of tissues. In his healthier days he enjoyed attacking avocados, opening doors and kitchen cabinets, playing with his cat dancer, and stealing sandwiches and coconut cookies out of human hands. He's a very special guy and has been working especially hard to comfort his mom during this pandemic.
Over the past four months, he's had several vet visits to deal with multiple chronic infections and Horner's Syndrome. He has now been diagnosed with Hodgkin's-like lymphoma. The estimate for the surgery to remove his lymph node, a couple of infected teeth and further testing is $3,000. And unfortunately due to all of his other recent vet bills, and Karron's work in the NYC theatre industry being shaky during this unprecedented time, this is an unattainable amount at the moment.
Any little bit helps and would mean so much so he can get back to his mischievous self.
Karron gave me my first job in NYC, and soon became one of my dearest friends. When I asked some of her other friends to describe her, the words flew in fast: selfless, steadfast, kind, loyal, brilliant, strong. She truly is all of this and so much more. I know that it's a weird and difficult time for so many people, and any small amount you are able to donate will go towards helping her beloved Pax live his life out to its fullest. If you can't donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser with the animal lovers in your life! Thank you, so very much, for your help.
