We're a community cat center. When we get a call of a cat or kitten in distress, we do everything we can to help with the resources we have. But, sometimes it's not enough.

Poor little Tina came into our care recently and it was quickly determined that she was in serious distress.

She was rushed to Veterinary Emergency Group in Warwick where it was found that she had an enlarged heart, among other underlying issues.

It was determined by the veterinary staff that the most humane thing to do was end her suffering. Surrounded by love and support she was humanly put to sleep at Veterinary Emergency Group in Warwick.

We are asking for donations for this gofundme to help cover the cost of the Vets Bills. We rely on our community to help support our Community Cats. We can not do it alone.

PawsWatch seeks to provide veterinary care and shelter to improve the lives of free-roaming community cats in Rhode Island by implementing TNRM (trap-neuter-return-manage) - thus reducing the challenges and suffering these frequently overlooked cats constantly face. PawsWatch is part of a large and growing grassroots effort to transform "street cats" into healthy managed colonies, which decline through attrition.
