Hi All! This is Mistie Parks, former secretary and registrar for CCA. Our beloved Paulina who served us so well on campus has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Upon preparation for surgery, it was revealed in a petscan that the cancer has spread to other areas of her body and the surgery was cancelled. Paulina was sent home with a daily medication and told there was not much more they could do with her limited resources and no health insurance.

Paulina will not be able to continue serving and cleaning for those who have loved her and used her services for years. As we help her get connected with some additional resources and cancer clinics, she will need some help with providing rent and food for her daughters, Ruby and Esmerelda.

Ruby graduated this May from Lake Dallas in the Top 10% of her class and is enrolled at UT Dallas to start in the fall. She is needing to find room and board near campus. Her tuition is mostly covered. Esmerelda will be a junior at Lake Dallas this next school year.

If you would like to give towards helping with their needs both financial and food. We would love to bless them as she took such great care of us and our campus for so many years.
