Paulie needs complete teeth reconstruction due to serious infections. 90% of his teeth need to be removed as soon as possible. On top of the infections in his mouth, he also needs surgery to remove a hernia. He cannot afford to take a day off of work even while going through these procedures. He is in so much pain that he cannot make it through the day without having to lie down every couple of minutes.
