Help Paula Support Ukrainian Refugees in Poland

Donation protected
As of 3/14/2022, in just under 3 weeks, over 1.7 million Ukrainians crossed the Polish border with more to come. Polish people opened their homes, churches and hearts to help women and children escape Russian violence. Many of the Ukrainian refugees are coming only with one suitcase; they carry pets and push strollers.

I was born and raised in Poland and moved to the United States 22 years ago. Please help support my Polish friends, relatives, and neighbors from the Poznan and Skoki (suburb of Poznan) area as they welcome and host Ukrainian refugees in their homes or serve the newly arrived Ukrainian community. The money collected will be given directly to people I personally know and trust to purchase food, blankets & pillows, hygiene products, and medicine for Ukrainian refugees who will be relocated in the Poznan, Skoki ( Poland) area.

At the present moment, due to the currency exchange rate, $1 in US currency is $4.31 Poland zloty (before this crisis it was about $3.70).

To give some perspective, here are some items that can be purchased with your donations:

$0.80: 1 liter of milk
$1 : 1 loaf of bread
$5: 1 bottle of ibuprofen
$8.50: 1 gallon of gasoline
$20: 1 pillow & blanket
Thank you so much,

Paula Juffer
