Hey friends, Fini here. My fundraiser is for my sister-in-law and dear friend Paula Kays. She is currently in a hospital in San Jose, Costa Rica. She is unable to travel at this time due to her medical condition.

That being said, the facility accepts only cash payment and we really need all the financial assistance that we can get so that the doctors may finish what they started. Paula needs only to think about getting better and the same goes for her husband Jerre so that he may continue to give Paula the love and support that she needs.
