️ Help Paul(18), Fight Cancer Again and Support His Caregiver Mom, Cindy

Our Story

At just 18 years old, Paul should be preparing for his future—school, first job, or simply enjoying the freedom of young adulthood. Instead, he is preparing for his second major battle with cancer this year.

In August of this year, Paul was first diagnosed with Stage 2 Testicular Cancer. He bravely underwent radical orchiectomy surgery right away. His cancer markers dropped back to normal range and he was placed on clinical observation for the duration of the half-life of the cancer (half-life meant he had a 50/50 chance of it coming back within 2 years), we thought he had won. However, the second week in November, we received the devastating news: the cancer has returned.

The Challenge

Paul now faces a rigorous, multi-week course of chemotherapy that will require him to be isolated at home and will leave him severely weakened and in need of constant monitoring and care. This is where we need your help.

His loving mother, Cindy (mother of 6 children, 3 biological and 3 adopted), has been his rock through this entire journey. To ensure Paul has 24/7 care, emotional support, and a sterile environment during this critical treatment phase, Cindy must take a minimum of five weeks off of work from her job as a school clerical administrative assistant.

While Cindy's commitment to her son is unwavering, the sudden loss of income, combined with the escalating medical bills, is creating an overwhelming financial burden on their large family.
