Hello! My name is Paul and on April 4th, after not feeling good, I took myself to TMC ER. I parked & passed out... turns out I was having a heart attack. Security foung me & into the Trauma Unit they took me. I do not know how many hours I was on the table but when all was said & done; I coded twice, gained a pacemaker, some cleaned arteries & a CABG patch.

I spent most of April in ICU on a feeding tube, ventilator & dialysis. Towards the end of the month, I was released from ventilator & feeding tube. From there I was trasported to my 1st Physical Rehabilitation Center for all of May & placed on renal dialysis. At the end of May, I was transfered to The Reba McEntire Rehabilition Center- where I currently reside.

I haven't been home since April 4th...

I had to resign my job at Spec's Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods back at theas I had no idea how long this journey was going to be

I am asking,"hat in hand", for any help with medical copays, costs related to maintaing my residence: rent, electric, food & cleaning supplies approximaterly $6500. No amount is too small but prayers are more than welcome too. Finally, would you consider reposting this on your Socials t&&o help me spread the word?
