Help Paul Probst fight cancer

Dear Family & Friends,
Paul & Heather received the difficult & unexpected news two months ago that Paul has mucinous colorectal cancer, a distinct form of colorectal cancer (CRC) .
Paul's cancer story started back in November 2020, when he went to the doctor for gallbladder pain. The CT showed a large cyst near his appendix. A gastrointestinal surgeon reviewed MRI results and advised that the cyst had ruptured. Paul had his first surgery on 12/30 where the surgeon removed the cyst, appendix, removed a small prtion of his colon and scraped the mucin from the abdominal cavity. A biopsy was done on what was removed. It was determined that Paul has mucinous colorectal cancer and a second surgery is now scheduled for February 18th.
This news has obviously altered the way that they are walking through this current season of life. The Probsts, along with their medical team, are determined to fight back not only with prayer, but with medically necessary procedures that Paul's Doctors are recommending.
As they continue to do everything they can to combat this diagnosis medically, they are finding that their medical bills/expenses, even with health insurance, are great. Friends have encouraged them to make their needs known and after much consideration, Paul & Heather agreed to the creation of this Go Fund Me page.
We are asking for support in two ways:
1. PRAYER: Please pray for healing and strength for Paul. Please pray for grace and peace for Heather. Please pray for comfort and understanding for Isabella & Anderson.
2. DONATE: If you are in a position to contribute towards helping Paul & Heather financially, it would be a blessing. The money received will be applied directly towards their mounting medical bills and the expenses associated with upcoming surgeries, hospital stays, etc.
Thank you for your support of the Probsts as they walk through this difficult season, trusting that the Lord is with them through it all.
