Help Paul Overcome His Dental Crisis

Hello, my name is Paul and I’m 46 years old. I need help getting my dental woes handled. I have struggled with this for years and never been able to get the dental care I needed, I have put “band-aids “ on the problem for years. 

I am now at a point of absolute desperation and have no way to take care of it myself. I live hand to mouth and I dont have insurance or qualify for any government handout. I just need a little help. I will work for you. Beat someone up. Whatever….. I need help.
