Help Paul Nance Get Back On His Feet Again!

In January Paul fell in his home and was unable to move his limbs. He was taken to Houston Health Care Clear Lake where he was treated in the ICU for two weeks and then moved to a regular room. Paul had been suffering from a severe spinal infection.

Paul had fallen before, but it had been thought that the falls were due to his knees and the injections he had been receiving in them wearing off and causing weakness. In truth, it was the unknown developing spinal infection that was the cause.

Paul is now being treated at Ignite Rehabilitation Hospital in Clear Lake. He is still unable to walk and unable to use his hands very well. He has made some progress and his pain is being managed.

Paul’s future is uncertain. He will need more care and assistance to pay for these rising medical expenses and to create a handicapped accessible living space for when he returns home.
