Hello my name is Paul, Paully B and to some Walnut, I'm reaching out for help as I face a series of urgent medical challenges that have left me struggling to keep up. I was just recently in the ER for a kidney-related issue, and now we've discovered an aggressive infection that is affecting my Jaw and the surrounding area. The infection is caused by an impacted wisdom tooth and an old root canal, and it's currently eating away the bone in my jaw near the hinge. I had been told for years, by different dentist that my wisdom teeth were not an issue and they did not need to be taken out. Come out find out that is not the case. If left untreated, I could lose feeling on the left side of my mouth, leading to possible communication issues, and possibly need jaw reconstruction if the bone becomes unattached.
Like millions of Americans, I've been living paycheck to paycheck for some time, and any additional costs or bills put me one step closer to not being able to support myself. This last year I've had to handle a dislocated arm, while also addressing other strenuous health issues due to an Auto Immune disorder I'm battling as well. We look to have caught the infection before its too late, but the corrective work needed requires a bone graft and membrane to hopefully save what is there. The care team I am working have been the absolute best and we have a plan worked out to get this all taken care of, but most saving was used for past medical emergencies last year am I left in a sticky situation as this needs to taken care of sooner than later.
I would like to offer my utmost gratitude to anyone who is able to donate. I know times are very trying for everyone, so every little bit truly means so much to me. The power of sharing goes such a long way as well, so to anyone in a similar boat, a share is also greatly appreciated -you never know what can happen.
Once everything has been addressed and I'm back on my feet, I whole hearty wish to pay back anyone that has donated in any way that I can. Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for any support you can offer.
