My name is Paul, and I am asking for help as I fight what I believe is an illegal eviction. I sent my August rent money order to the management company for my apartment complex through UPS, using an authorized third-party location on the 30th of last month. Now the rental company, Preis Properties in Corpus Christi, says they never received it. At the same time, UPS and Western Union have both been painfully slow in handling the trace and claim process, and the tracking has not moved beyond "label printed". I never expected to be in this position, and it has become an overwhelming and frightening situation.

I turned 60 last month, and I am also dealing with multiple medical issues, which makes this crisis even harder.
