$12,000 Needed to Help My Brother Survive

My brother Paul and I are very close. Earlier this month, he went into the hospital in New Mexico with a 20% chance of not making it out alive. After three days in a semi-unconscious state, he was released with a serious warning: because of late-stage liver cirrhosis, he still has a 20% chance of not surviving the next three months. Doctors recommended finding an inpatient program that could help him heal and qualify for a liver transplant, his best chance—humanly speaking—for long-term survival.

By God's grace, we found an amazing three-month Christian, gospel-focused inpatient program in Minnesota. Providentially, he has a better chance of qualifying for a liver there, because organ transplants are not performed in New Mexico. This program gives Paul the best chance to survive the next three months and qualify for a liver transplant in the future, Lord willing. The first month is covered, but we need $12,000 for the final two months.
