Help Patty Faas Fight Bone Cancer
Shortly after her 26th birthday Patty was diagnosed with a Radiation Induced Osteosarcoma on the left hip, after 4 years of being in remission from Ewing’s Sarcoma, which she beat in 2017. There will be multiple rounds of chemo every 3 weeks followed by surgery to remove the tumor. After the surgery there will be multiple rounds of chemo for a total estimated treatment time of 30 weeks. It’s a long road ahead but one that we are ready to fight head-on.
There is a chance that the treatment will include a plastic reconstructive hip surgery, which would likely not be covered by insurance. Your donation would go towards deductible payments, doctors visits, and other unforeseen costs—we truly appreciate anything you or your family is willing to give.
Thank you also for all of the good vibes, messages, prayers and thoughts during this time—we appreciate the love and the community that has always built Patty up.
Patty has an undefeated record against cancer, and this time will be no different!! Time to kick cancer’s ass for good this time ♥️
