Hello to everyone taking a moment to read this... my name is Patty and this GoFundMe is being put together for my BF Chazz.

For those that might not know, we are currently facing a very serious, stressful, and financially difficult battle, and we need help.

For 2 months, Chazz had been experiencing the worst sore throat pain he's ever felt. So, he goes last week to the ER to get checked out. They sent him home with antibiotics and chalked it up to strep throat.

Well, He took the antibiotics, his throat actually starts getting worse. He goes back to the hospital and wants to have a CT scan done. They do the CT scan and have found lumps in his lymph nodes that are causing necrosis of the soft tissue.

He then went to his primary care doctor and got a referral to Vitali Ear Nose and Throat in Tampa. They took one look at him and scheduled him for emergency surgery to remove a mass in his lymph node and one of his tonsils that was riddled in cancer. Thankfully the first donations in this fund were able to help him get the surgery and pay for his post op appointments.

Had it not been for those donations he would still have the mass in his throat.

Now he needs a PET scan and radiation and or maybe immunotherapy. He does have insurance but the copays are extremely high.

I only make enough to cover our bills and care for my 8 year old daughter and he cant work. He has applied for disability and has a law firm Hogan smith working on it but it could be 6 months to a year to get it and that's IF he gets it at all.

He has applied for medicaid now 3 times and they keep denying him. Any help is greatly appreciated. Myself and my daughter love him dearly and all of us have a long road ahead with a lot of expenses we can't handle on our own.

The donations made so far have help us get started and we have been very blessed by every donation no matter if its only 5.00 every penny helps.
