Hi there! Our very dear friend, Pattie B., has had some unexpected trouble pop up today. She woke up this morning and discovered an emergency repair that needs to be done! This is an unexpected financial burden that she wasn't prepared for.

The urgent issue at hand is that her hot water heater is leaking and needs to be replaced immediately. There's been a range of quotes given for the work. I'd love to see her come away with a bit more than what she needs for the one repair so that she can have some other things that have popped up get taken care of.
