Hi, my name is Patrick Magro from Wilmington, Massachusetts. I’m reaching out because I’ve hit a point where I can’t do this alone.

I was recently diagnosed with kidney cancer and had to have my left kidney removed. I’m grateful the surgery happened, but recovery has been tough. While dealing with treatment and healing, I was let go from my job. Losing my income on top of the medical costs has left me in a really difficult spot.

I’m trying to raise at least $10,000 to cover:

Hospital and surgical bills from my kidney removal and follow-up care

Rent and utilities here in Wilmington so I can keep a stable place to recover

Prescriptions, co-pays, and transportation to ongoing appointments

Basic daily needs like groceries while I’m out of work
