Help Patrick Recover from Brutal Attack

A year and a half ago, Patrick’s life changed forever. While doing his job, he was brutally attacked in an unprovoked act of violence that left him physically broken and emotionally shattered. He’s been fighting to recover ever since, but the road has been long, painful, and far from over.

Before the attack, Patrick was a vibrant, talented musician — known for his beautiful voice and the way he could light up a room with a song. Music wasn’t just a passion; it was his purpose and his livelihood. But due to the injuries he sustained, Patrick can no longer sing.

He was left with a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and now suffers from constant, debilitating headaches, memory issues, and fatigue. These symptoms have made daily life difficult, and pursuing music — the thing that gave him the most joy — nearly impossible.

But that’s not all.

Since the attack, Patrick has struggled to eat. Complications from the trauma caused rapid and severe weight loss. He’s lost so much weight that it’s now affecting every part of his body. He’s been left malnourished and weak, and on top of that, he’s now dealing with painful excess skin that causes daily discomfort, limits his mobility, and is taking a serious toll on his mental health.

He now needs a surgery that is not covered by insurance — a critical procedure to help him regain basic nutrition and remove the excess skin so he can start healing both physically and emotionally.

Post-surgical care and medications

Nutritional therapy and rehabilitation

Skin removal and reconstruction

Ongoing treatment for his TBI and chronic pain

Basic living expenses as he still cannot return to work
