Patrick has always been the kind of person who puts others before himself. If someone needs a helping hand, he's there without hesitation—even if it's inconvenient for him. He's calm, thoughtful, and has a way of making people feel at ease. And if there's a dance floor nearby, Patrick will be the first one out there. He has never worried about what others think and will make a fool of himself if it means bringing a smile or a laugh to someone else. Just after celebrating his 30th birthday, Patrick received life-changing news: he has terminal liver cancer. Since then, our family has been on an emotional roller coaster. We held onto hope as we hoped treatment was possible, but after meeting with his doctors, we learned that the cancer has spread too much. Chemotherapy is no longer an option because it is causing him more harm than good. Instead, we are now pursuing holistic and supportive treatments in hopes of giving him the best quality of life possible.

Unfortunately, Patrick does not have health insurance, which means every appointment, treatment, supplement, and medical expense must be paid entirely out of pocket.
