Thanks for reading this; my names Patrick and I'm broke. As many of you know my dad passed away from us on monday February 16th. His funeral is all paid for. What I'm raising money for though is the week and half I had to take off to help my mom threw this difficult time; with planning and just generally mourning. The company I work for doesn't offer any pto, or sick leave; they are offering one day of bereavement pay; which I'm thankful for. Im not very good at asking for money, but I still have bills to pay and I feel like I'm drowning in a way. My mom is very supportive but with my dads passing shes going to need to figure out her budget as well, being shes about to be on a very fixed income herself. I'm putting my fundraiser goal at $650 which is about a normal weeks pay. If I miraculously make more, I'm planning on giving it with my mom or maybe treating her to something nice.
