Help Patricia's Granddaughters Lay Her to Rest

My name is Adrienne Countryman. My sister Jasmine and I are raising funds for our grandmother Patricia Countryman's funeral service. Our grandma was everything a grandma should be and so much more. Our grandparents took us in from a young age, raising us into the young women we are today. Our grandfather, Tommy, suddenly passed away in 2016, and our grandma had been raising us by herself for the past 9 years. Our grandma had been struggling with some health issues since 2020, including heart problems, endometrial cancer, kidney failure, and diabetes, but she didn't let that stop her, and she persevered through it all to be there for us. She never missed our high school and college graduations, birthday parties, dance competitions, and art competitions. While she was always present and was there for us, she left the earth with no money to her name, which has put my sister and me in a peculiar position filled with work and emotion. With both grandparents gone and both of us now fighting alone, our grandmother's passing has taught us that family, friends, and community matter most.
