On August 12th, 2024, my life changed in an instant. My food trailer, which I rely on for my livelihood, began rolling down a hill unexpectedly. In a desperate attempt to stop it, I ended up with my left leg, from the knee down, trapped underneath the 5,000lb trailer. The pain and trauma from that day have stayed with me ever since.

Over the past year, I have visited countless doctors and undergone various treatments, searching for relief and answers. It wasn’t until August 26, 2025, that a doctor finally discovered what was still causing me so much pain and performed the necessary surgery. While I am grateful for the care I received, the journey has left me with overwhelming medical bills, maxed-out credit cards, and the inability to fully return to my daily activities and work.

I am reaching out for help because I am struggling to catch up financially while I continue to recover. I just need the help in order to go back to being a present mom that can run around with my son, work, and make a living without the pain I’ve been encountering for the past year and a half. The funds raised will go directly toward paying off my medical expenses, covering the credit card debt I accumulated just to make ends meet, and helping with my daily living costs.
