My sister Patricia has cancer.  With every single ounce of the amazing woman she is – she only wants to hit back against this thief of lives. I need your help getting her back into the fight.  Last month, Patricia's insurance coverage was lost and with it, an ability for her to fight cancer was taken away.  After her last round of chemo, I watched her hands shake and her eyes water as she was turned away from future treatments, pain management and medical guidance. She looked at me, her cheeks welcomed a smile I've seen for the past 45 years and said, “Don’t confuse my struggle as weakness...it’s in these moments I am willing to fight my hardest”.  

We love Patricia tremendously – she’s noble, a selfless sister, treasured wife, proud daughter, inspirational mother, adored aunt, cherished cousin, and the best of friend to anyone. I know that helping my sister may not be a responsibility of your life but I know it 's what could give her life.  She may have cancer because it started the fight – I'm asking you to help her swing back and finish the fight.
