Help Patricia Lerma's Mother's Funeral Cost

Asuncion Josefina Pinargote 
Was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador in 1937, she came to the USA 15 years ago with her husband with the help of her daughter "Patricia Lerma" who has cared for her and supported her by giving her a home, shelter, love, financial support and affection till the end. Josefina was diagnosed with a Benign Brain Tumor which has been growing and now has effected her health and has a 1 to 2 weeks to live. She is currently in Hospice Care resting at home unable to talk, eat, move, react or walk.

This fundraiser is to gather as much help as possible to be able to cover the funeral and burial cost. Since Josefina she has arrived to the US has not worked. Her daughter, Patricia Suarez, has taken care of her and supported her in everything that she needs till this day. But this unexpected turn in Josefina's health has been a surprise to all and now Patricia Lerma needs all the help possible to give her mother a proper burial.   

The Story:
She and her family agreed that Radiation Therapy was a good idea to help combat the Brain Tumor, but unfortunately the radiation has worsened her conditions and she has now lost the ability to walk, eat, talk and react. Her last Radiation Session was about 5 months ago. Prior to the sessions she was healthy for her age; she walked, talked, danced, enjoyed seeing her many friends and cooking for her family; she was an excellent cook. She would do many household chores like cleaning, cooking Ecuadorian food, washing and drying clothes, and in her spare time watching t.v. and spending time with her now decease brother.

About Josefina:
Josefina loved to dance and would get ready for parties and reunions with her long time friends and family. She was loved by all and very respected as a lovely senior lady. She is a very religious lady reading daily the Holy Bible and attending church every Sunday when possible.  


Josefina is 84 years of age and is Married to her husband, Alejandro Lerma. They share together 65 years of a long loving marriage.


This year has been hard for Josefina and her family. Last year they lost a very dear and close relative, Josefina's brother, Juan Pinargote. It was a hard impact for Josefina and she hasn't been the same since. She constantly used to say how much she missed him; they were very close brother and sister.


Please help donating to help Josefina and her daughter, Patricia, gather the sufficient amount to help pay the cost of funeral and burial. Any help will be appreciated and will go towards paying off the amount. The funeral and burial is around $12,500.00, We know its a lot of money; money which in that amount we do not posses.
