My mom, Patricia Hanna, has always been a dedicated waitress at Applebee's, bringing smiles to her customers and working hard every day. Recently, Patricia developed cataracts, which have made it impossible for her to continue working. Losing her vision so suddenly has been incredibly difficult for her, both emotionally and financially. Without insurance, the cost of cataract surgery is simply out of reach for her right now.
