Hello! My name is Angelica Patino, but many people in the activity know me as Patino!

Music and the performing arts have been an integral part of my life for almost a decade, which is half of my life. I could spend hours going on about what I love and everything the marching arts has done for me. My lifelong relationships, memories, and career are all based in the activity. In 2024, I was blessed with a rare chance of marching DCI, Drum Corps International, for the first time. With the opportunity I was given, I accepted that season to be my only summer, as many stars would have to align for something of such scale to occur again.

The stars aligned again, and I am incredibly honored to be offered a spot to perform with the Spirit of Atlanta on xylophone. Being offered a contract on short notice means that I have no chance of saving to fund this summer financially, and after many discussions with family and admin, the only way to support myself this season is via fundraising and the kindness of others.
