there is a community Cat, in my neighborhood named patches, who we have been visiting for years. He appears to be lethargic, definitely has fleas, and I’m thinking he may have some arthritis issues with how much he has slowed down. We want to get him a complete vet check up with my vet, Dr. Hicks.
