My name is Meaghan, daughter of Pat Seibert, who was just recently diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer.  She had surgery to remove an oversized tumor on her Ovaries and they found more cancer on her bladder.  My mom is very strong in her faith and that is what is carrying her through this.  She works at her church running the religious education program bringing her strong faith and beliefs to the children of the parish.  She also has volunteered a lot of her time in her parish since I can remember, which has made me have a strong faith background as well.  
After taking care of my Grandmother, her mother-in-law, as she went through Chemo treatments for Pancreatic Cancer and watched her suffer through it all, she has chosen to go with a more non traditional way for treatment, which is not covered by insurance.  Also watching my Uncle, her brother, go through Chemo treatments for Colon Cancer is another reason she chose to go with the non traditional treatment plan.  She doesn't want to go through the same pain as my Grandmother and my Uncle did with their cancer.  She is the glue to our family, raising 4 children who have grown up and have given her 8 beautiful grandchildren, who she wants to see grow up.
I am asking for any donation you can give, to help ease the cost of her treatment plan and all the follow up doctor visits she will have coming up.  If we can all support her during this time as she has supported many in her local community and parish it would be greatly appreciated. I will keep everyone updated with how her treatments are progressing.  I know the strength my mom has and she will not let this cancer take her down without a fight.
