Please help.

My beautiful wife of over seven years is in desperate need of eye surgery ASAP. She is losing her vision and if she doesn’t have the surgery right away, not only will she lose her drivers license that she needs for work she will also need help doing daily things. We are in need of approximately $3000 to cover our share of cost for the surgery.
