My brother, Pat Barnes, moved in with me nine months ago because of health issues due to serious and debilitating eczema. He is in constant pain due to the extreme itching and skin sores that eczema causes. His mobility has been affected, as has his mental health due to his declining physical condition. He is incapable of getting a job and is in the process of winding through the disability process through Social Security, a process that takes up to a year.

I'm able to provide him with housing, but I'm unable to provide any financial assistance as I have limited funds to pay my own bills.

Any help would be greatly appreciated by Pat to tide him over until he gets a decision regarding his disability claim.
