My name is Brother Mark Hannon. I am raising money for a cash gift to a dear brother in Christ. His name is Pastor Troy McNulty. I met this man 10 years ago. He has dedicated his life to serving God and spent a good portion of that time here in the New Haven area. He has been to over 100 murder scenes in New Haven and has ministered to all the people it has affected. He has been a staple to the community for many, many years. If you Google his name, you’ll find many stories of the things he’s done and the people he has helped in the community for many, many years.

Our dear brother has fallen onto some hard times and is in jeopardy of losing his house. I’m asking for 1000 people to pitch in $14 or if anyone can give more that would just take less people to reach the goal. He’s in the middle of trying to get his Social Security, so it has to be a cash gift so it would not affect him in that pursuit. It is the 11th hour and your help would be greatly appreciated.

I met him at the mall in Milford 10 years ago as I was walking through. His beard was amazing. I told him he could make some serious money with that thing, and he just laughed so hard because I explained to him that I’m a professional Santa Claus and I know these things. Anyway, we hit it off and became fast friends immediately, and we just communicated on Facebook for so many years.

I do rideshare in the greater New Haven area, and I picked up a woman in town. She asked me if I did any kind of ministering in the neighborhood, and I said, 'Why do you ask?' She goes, 'It's your beard. You look like this guy that used to come around the neighborhood and pray with us, and he had a lot of respect in the neighborhood because he wasn’t afraid. He just walked down the street in the rough parts of town, called out people, and prayed with them. I was one of those people. He was just walking by and pointed at me and said, 'I need to pray for you!' Anyway, I told her I’m not the person you’re talking about, but I know who you’re talking about.' So I knew I was still friends with him on Facebook and I was gonna search this one out. I told her, 'I can’t remember his name, but I’m gonna search Facebook because I haven’t seen him post in a while.' We got to the place I was dropping her off at her uncle's. I went on Facebook and found him, and just as I lifted my phone up to show her, she’s tapping on my window and saying, 'It’s Pastor Troy.' I showed her that I found him on my Facebook. That’s when I found out about his predicament and felt that it was up to me to try to initiate getting him some funds. God works in mysterious ways. Please consider sending $14 for this. He got hurt on his job and has been in a lot of pain. He’s working with a doctor to help him get the Social Security early. It would mean the world to me and bless Pastor Troy McNulty.
