I, Pastor Pierre Plegnon, with heavy hearts, announce the unexpected passing of my beloved sister, Victorine Plegnon, who departed this life on May 28, 2025, in Houston, at the age of 67. Victorine was not only a cherished sister of pastor Pierre Plegnon but also a deeply loved member of our family and community. Her loss has left a profound void in our lives.

As we prepare to honor her memory, we are faced with significant funeral and burial expenses that present a financial challenge. In this difficult time, we humbly turn to our friends, extended family, and community for support.
